Exploring the Wonderful World of Mosses and Liverworts

Sue Williams, who has studied mosses for thirty years, will teach you about mosses and liverworts. The first hour will explore everything about these wonderful tiny plants from what makes them unique, their life cycle and structure, their amazing diversity and how they find their place in the world dominated by vascular plants.  The second half of the class will focus on how we identify mosses, especially in the field.
